Admitting and introducing to trade of 300 series E shares on the WarsawStock Exchange

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 30 March 2020, theManagement Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted resolution (the"Resolution") concerning admitting and introducing to trading in theparallel market on the stock exchange of 300 series E ordinary bearershares of the Company, each with the nominal value of one zloty (PLN1.00) (the "Shares") on condition that the National Depository ofSecurities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) registers theshares on 1 April 2020, and marks them with code PLBNFTS00018. Theresolution came into force as of the date of its adoption.

The issue of the Shares introduced and admitted to trading on theexchange on the basis of the Resolution covers the shares issued by theCompany as part of conditional capital increase of the Company with aview to implementing the Incentive Plan for 2017 - 2020.
