Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights atthe Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 3 April 2020 the Company receivedfrom Invesco Ltd. with its registered seat in Atlanta, ("Invesco"), anotification that Invesco exceeded the threshold of 10% of the totalnumber of votes in the Company ("Notification"). Full text of theNotification is attached to this report.

The Notification indicates that Invesco holds 286 814 Company shares,representing 10.03% of the Company's share capital, and 286 814 votingrights at its General Meeting, representing 10.03% of total votingrights.

According to the Notification, the 10% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded following the acquisition of Company shareson 2 April 2020.
