Statement of the Exchange Supervisory Board

In connection with § 70 subparagraph 1 point 8 and § 71 subparagraph 1 point 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, the Exchange Supervisory Board hereby represents as follows:

• a) the Warsaw Stock Exchange complies with the regulations governing the appointment, the composition and the functioning of the Audit Committee of the Exchange Supervisory Board, including compliance of its members with the independence criteria, and the requirements of knowledge and competences in the Company's industry and accounting or financial auditing;
• b) the Audit Committee of the Exchange Supervisory Board has performed the functions of an audit committee under the applicable regulations.
