Proposed distribution of the Company's net profit for year 2019

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the, "Company") hereby announces that on 16 April, 2020, adoptedresolution concerning a proposal to the Ordinary General Meetingregarding appropriation of the entire profit reported in the financialstatements of the Company for year 2019, in the amount of PLN 166 342521.78 (say: one hundred sixty-six million three hundred forty-twothousand five hundred twenty-one 78/100) in full for the supplementarycapital of the Company.

The above proposal constitutes a departure from the Dividend Policy ofBenefit Systems S.A. for the years 2020 - 2023 announced in report No.44/2019 of December 9, 2019 ('Dividend Policy'). This departure from theDividend Policy is of one-off nature and is associated with the economicuncertainty caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic.

The above-mentioned proposal concerning distribution of 2019 profitreceived a positive opinion of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
