The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the onlyshareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company ("EGM") held on 22 April 2020 was the StateTreasury, entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, whichrepresented 92.54% of the votes taking part in the EGM and constituted64.09% of the total number of votes in the Company.
