Changeof publication date of the Annual report for 2019.

The Management Board ofStarhedge S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the"Issuer" "Company"), with reference to the current report No. 1/2020 of29 January 2020 regarding the schedule for submitting periodic reportsin 2020, hereby informs about the change of the date of publicdisclosure news of the individual and consolidated periodic report for2019, which will be published on May 15, 2020.

According to theinformation provided in Current Report No. 1/2020 of January 29, 2020,the original publication date of the individual and consolidated reportwas set at April 24, 2020.

The Management Boarddecided to change the publication date of periodic reports pursuant to §21 para. 1 and 3, issued as part of the Anti-Crisis Shield, Regulationof the Minister of Finance on determining other deadlines for performingcertain reporting and information obligations of April 7, 2020 (Journalof Laws of 2020, item 622) due to the state of the epidemic caused by inparticular by the COVID-19 coronavirus, in particular communication withstatutory auditors difficult in connection with this, change ofprocedures regarding persons involved in the audit process, as well ascooperation in the scope of auditing of subsidiaries limited by theeffects of a pandemic.

Inaccordance with ESMA recommendations, the Issuer, in its periodicreports, is trying to ensure transparency of information about theactual and potential effects of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, to the extentpossible based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of itsbusiness, financial condition and financial results.

At the same time, theissuer informs that in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ofthe European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (MAR), also in the event of delayed publication of periodicreports, it will analyze whether during the preparation of periodicreports confidential information is created. If, during the financialperiod, the issuer notices significant changes in revenues or costscompared to previous periods, it will also assess such data in thecontext of confidential information.

Other dates andinformation indicated in current report no. 1/2020 do not change as oftoday.

§21 section 1 and 3 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance on determining other deadlines forperforming certain reporting and information obligations of April 7,2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 622) in conjunction from § 80 clause2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
