Subject: Change of the annual reports for 2019 and consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2020 publication dates

Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Offerings -current and periodic information

With regard to the Current Report No. 27/2020 of 9 April 2020, theManagement Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the standaloneannual report for 2019 and the consolidated annual report for 2019,scheduled for disclosure on 29 April 2020, will be published on 28 May2020.

At the same time the Company informs that the consolidated quarterlyreport for the first quarter of 2020, originally scheduled fordisclosure on 14 May 2020 (Current Report No. 4/2020 of 29 January2020), will be published on 10 June 2020.

The new publication dates of the above periodic reports have beenscheduled in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Financeof 7 April 2020 on setting other time limits for reporting anddisclosure obligations.
