TheBoard of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg _the "Issuer"_ herebyinforms that, due to delays caused by the ongoing coronavirus measuresimposed in the countries where the Issuer has presence, publication ofthe audited consolidated annual report for 2019 will be postponed until31 May 2020. Meanwhile, the Issuer's un-audited consolidated annualreport for 2019 will be published no later than 30 April 2020.Stay-at-homepolicies, travel bans and similar restrictive measures introduced by thegovernments of Luxembourg, Switzerland, Cyprus and Ukraine have resultedin revised work schedules for both the Issuer's staff and its localauditors, thereby hindering effective collaboration between the teams inthese countries, inadvertently causing delays in the group audit.Theaudit has now entered its final stage, but due to delays, the groupauditor in Luxembourg requires additional time to work on theconsolidated annual reportValuingthe health and well-being of its staff and partners alike, the Board ofthe Issuer have decided to postpone the publication of the auditedconsolidated annual report till May 2020.TheBoard of the Issuer continues regular monitoring of the situation on thespread of the coronavirus. As of the date of this notice, the Board didnot observe major adverse impacts on the Issuer's activities.
