Subject: The decision to amicably settle all disputes regarding theinvalidity of the agreement for the sale of property rights undercertificates of origin between Energa Obrót SA and one of the sued windfarms

In reference to the current report No. 37/2017 of 11 September 2017, theManagement Board of Energa SA informs that on 8 May 2020 it receivedinformation that its subsidiary Energa Obrót SA and one of thecontractors sued by Energa Obrót SA, amicably resolved all disputesregarding the framework agreement for the sale of property rights undercertificates.

Cooperation on the basis of an agreement questioned by Energa Obrót SA,parties of the settlement, recognized as definitively completed.

The conditions under which the settlement was concluded are neutral forthe financial result of Energa Obrót SA.

This is the eight settlement between Energa Obrót SA and the sued windfarms. The total capacity of the facilities affected by the settlementsconstitutes about 59% of the total installed capacity of all defendantsof wind farms.
