In reference to Current Report of 18 July, 2012, the Management Board ofBenefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter,the "Company"), hereby announces that on 27 May 2020 the Company signedan annex to an agreement of 18 July 2012 for multi-purpose andmulti-currency credit facility line with Santander Bank Polska S.A. withits registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter, the "Bank") and an annex toan agreement of 2 April, 2012, for bank guarantee limit. In addition, on27 May 2020, the Company concluded a guarantee agreement with the Bankfor up to PLN 5,000,000.00 with an availability period of 31 May 2021.

The subject-matter of the annexes consists in a change in theavailability period which has been extended until 31 May, 2020). Bankguarantee limit stands at PLN 60,000,000.00

The collateral of the Bank's claims under the above-mentioned agreementsis, inter alia, the Company's obligation to provide a statement onsubmission to court enforcement procedure conducted pursuant to Article777 §1 Item 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure, with the content asagreed with the Bank, and, in relation to the multi-purpose andmulti-currency credit facility, a blank bill of exchange with apromissory note declaration.

There are no links of any kind either between the Company and the Bankor between the individuals managing or supervising the Company and theBank.
