Correction of the published Consolidated Quarterly Report of BenefitSystems Capital Group for 1Q 2020.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the, "Company") hereby hands over correction of the ConsolidatedQuarterly Report of Benefit Systems Capital Group for 1Q 2020 publishedon 22 May 2020 (the, "Quarterly Report"). The correction includes dataincluded in table 31 (Consolidated statement of financial position -Liabilities and Equity) on page 38 (page 39 in the Polish languageversion), in the following scope:

It read:

Retained earnings (31/03/2020): (18 296)

- accumulated earnings for the previous reporting periods (31/03/2020):(18 004)

It should read:

Retained earnings (31/03/2020): (18 004)

- accumulated earnings for the previous reporting periods (31/03/2020):(20 053)

The Company's Management Board informs that the corrections made areobvious typographical errors and do not affect other data included inthe Quarterly Report. Corrected Quarterly Report is attached to thisreport.
