Inside information: Purchase of the 1. Tatranská a.s. Company

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. with its headquarters in Demänovská Dolina 72, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, the Slovak Republic IČO: 31 560 636, registered in the Business Register by the District Court of Žilina, Section: Sa, File No. 62/L (the "Company") as an issuer of securities admitted to trading at a listed market and a free market, hereunder announces the following inside information:

Liptovský Mikuláš/Štrbské Pleso, June 12, 2020 – Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (TMR) definitely established its presence at the Štrbské Pleso mountain resort in the High Tatras. The long-term cooperation of TMR with 1. Tatranská, a.s. in the operation of the Štrbské Pleso mountain resort resulted today in a purchase contract, based on which 1. Tatranská becomes a part of TMR's portfolio.

Štrbské Pleso ranks among the most popular mountain resorts in Slovakia. In the winter it provides 6 ski trails and 6 cableways and lifts, owned and operated by 1.Tatranská, a.s since 1995. 1.Tatranská, a.s managed to enhance the resort's winter service offer by adding another ski trail with snowmaking, Furkota, and a 6-seat chair lift (2009) or by adding the Turistická ski trail with snowmaking (2013).

In the winter season 2010/11 1.Tatranská, a.s. began to cooperate with TMR, which at the time was operating the mountain resorts of Starý Smokovec and Tatranská Lomnica. After 10 years of the cooperation Roman Weck of 1.Tatranská, a.s. decided to sell the company.

Based on the mutual agreement of both parties, the purchase price of the transaction will not be disclosed.
