Changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company
The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyannounces that the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.,on 19 June 2020 dismissed Leszek Banaszak from the Supervisory Board ofthe Company, and appointed Katarzyna Lewandowska to the SupervisoryBoard of the Company.
Information on the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board, asrequired by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4 and 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).
