Current Report No. 12/2020Date: 22 June 2020Subject: Resolutionof the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on dividend payment for 2019Legalbasis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Offering - current and periodicinformationContent of the report:The Warsaw Stock Exchange("GPW", "Company") informs that on 22 June 2020 the GPW Ordinary GeneralMeeting ("GPW OGM") took a resolution on distribution of the Company's2019 net profit. GPW OGM resolved to allocate the amount of PLN100,732,800.00 (in words: one hundred million seven hundred thirty twothousand eight hundred zlotys). The dividend payout ratio will be 84.4%of the consolidated profit (93.22% of the net profit attributable to theshareholders of the parent entity adjusted for the share of profit ofassociates).The dividend per share is PLN 2.40 (in words: two zlotysforty groszy). The number of shares covered by the dividend is41,972,000. Simultaneously, GPW OGM set the dividend record date for 28July 2020 and the dividend payment date for 11 August 2020.Legalbasis: § 19.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
