Furthermore, according to the statements ofthe newly appointed members of the Exchange Supervisory Board, they donot have records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating underthe Act on the National Court Register.The Company will discloseinformation about the appointed GPW Supervisory Board Members, Mr AdamSzyszka and Mr Eugeniusz Szumiejko, as required by law in a currentreport to be published at a later date.Legal basis: § 5 (5) ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on currentand periodic information provided by issuers of securities and onconditions under which information required by legal regulations of athird country may be recognised as equivalent.
