The reason for the current report is correction of obvious clerical mistakes in legal bases indicated in resolutions no. 20, 21, 22.At the same time, GPW presents the corrected draft resolutions that was put to the vote and was not taken by the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 22 June 2020.In the resolution no 20 was:“Pursuant to Article 385(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Articles 13(1), 13(3)(2) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the General Meeting of the Company resolves as follows:"Supposed to be:“Pursuant to Article 385(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Articles 13(1), 13(3)(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the General Meeting of the Company resolves as follows:"In the resolution no 21 and in the resolution no 22 was:“Pursuant to Article 385(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 13(1) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the General Meeting of the Company resolves as follows:"Supposed to be:“Pursuant to Article 385(1) of the Commercial Companies Code and Article 13(1), 13(3)(2) of the Company’s Articles of Association, the General Meeting of the Company resolves as follows:"In other respects, the content of current report No. 14/2020 of June 22, 2020 and adopted resolutions remains unchanged.Legal basis: § 19.1 (6) and (8) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
