Changeof publication date of the Periodic Report for the first quarter of 2020.

The Management Board ofStarhedge S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the"Issuer" "Company"), with reference to the current report No. 1/2020 of29 January 2020, and the current report ESPI 7/2020 from on May 27,2020, hereby informs about the change of the date of public disclosurenews of the individual and consolidated periodic report for 2019, whichwill be published on July 29, 2020.Accordingto the information provided in Current Report No. 7/2020 of 27 May 2020,the publication date of the individual and consolidated report was setat June 29, 2020.TheManagement Board decided to change the publication date of periodicreports pursuant to § 21 para. 1 and 3, issued as part of theAnti-Crisis Shield, Regulation of the Minister of Finance on determiningother deadlines for performing certain reporting and informationobligations of April 7, 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 622) due tothe state of the epidemic caused by in particular by the COVID-19coronavirus, in particular communication with statutory auditorsdifficult in connection with this, change of procedures regardingpersons involved in the audit process, as well as cooperation in thescope of auditing of subsidiaries limited by the effects of a pandemic.Inaccordance with ESMA recommendations, the Issuer, in its periodicreports, is trying to ensure transparency of information about theactual and potential effects of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, to the extentpossible based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of itsbusiness, financial condition and financial results.If,during the financial period, the issuer notices significant changes inrevenues or costs compared to previous periods, it will also assess suchdata in the context of confidential information.Atthe same time, we would like to inform you that the Company shares thePosition of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers that communicationwith investors regarding information about the situation in the companyin the context of a coronavirus, which is not confidential information,can and should be conducted through other media, including the issuer'swebsite.
