The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the onlyshareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meetingof the Company ("AGM") held on 29 June 2020 was the PKN ORLEN S.A,entitled to 476 241 082 votes from the possessed shares, whichrepresented 97.94% of the votes taking part in the AGM and constituted85.20% of the total number of votes in the Company.
