Sub: Conversion of ZOFCDs into equity shares by 63SATS Cybertech Ltd.(63SATS)
Pursuant to the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of 63SATS has issued and allotted 60 crore equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each to the Company, upon conversion of 6000 Zero Coupon Unsecured Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (ZOFCDs) of face value Rs.1,00,000/- each held by the Company.
Subsequent to the above allotment, the shareholding of the Company in 63SATS stood at 65.27%.
