Further to our earlier communication dated March 13, 2024, on the captioned subject matter, pursuant to the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that, Ticker Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) has further allotted 2,86,560 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- (Rupee One only) each at an exercise price of Rs.3/- (including a premium of Rs.2/- per share) to the employees pursuant to ESOP Scheme –2021 of Ticker Ltd.
Subsequent to the above allotment, the shareholding of 63 moons technologies limited in Ticker Limited stood at 75.16%.
