Further to our earlier communication dated July 09, 2024, on the captioned subject matter, pursuant to the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that, Ticker Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) has further allotted 1,87,41,425 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- (Rupee One only) each at an exercise price of Rs.3/- (including a premium of Rs.2/- per share) to the employees pursuant to ESOP Scheme – 2021 of Ticker Ltd.
Subsequent to the above allotment, the shareholding of 63 moons technologies limited in Ticker Limited stood at 74.02%.
