Sub: Update on STP Gate matter
This is further to our letter dated February 22, 2021 and pursuant to the applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,we wish to inform that SAT has not allowed 63 moons appeal in the STP Gate Service matter and asked the Company to comply with the SEBI’s Order by May 15, 2021. We are awaiting the copy of the SAT Order and would consider all appropriate legal recourse and act accordingly. We have full faith in the judiciary for a legal remedy.
