Sub: Update on STP Gate matter – Hon’ble Supreme Court grants stay on SAT Order

This is further to our letter dated April 16, 2021 and pursuant to the applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that today the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has granted stay on the SAT order dated April 15, 2021 and permitted 63 moons to continue providing STP Gate services to its clients. The matter has now been kept in July 2021 for final hearing. We are awaiting the copy of the Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. We have full faith in the judiciary for a legal remedy.
