Dear Sirs/Madam,
Sub: Update - Acquisition of residual stake in NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited (formerly known as NTT Data Payment Services India Limited and prior to that, ATOM Technologies Limited) by NTT Data Group Corporation, from 63 moons technologies limited (63 moons).
Further to our letter dated February 13, 2026, we wish to inform that the above transaction has been completed, and the Company has received INR equivalent of USD 18,432,925 from NTT Data Group Corporation and 21,00,86,610 equity shares held by the Company in NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited, have been transferred to the Account of NTT Data Group Corporation. As directed by the MPID Court, the said consideration amount, after deducting applicable taxes, has been deposited by the Company in the designated bank account of the Competent Authority NSEL MPID as security in lieu of attachment.
Please note that, with the completion of the above sale of shares, NTT Data Payment Services India Private Limited has ceased to be an Associate of 63 moons technologies limited.
