Sub: Raising of funds by M/s. 63SATS Cybertech Limited (63SATS)
On the captioned subject matter, pursuant to the applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that M/s. 63SATS Cybertech Limited has raised an amount aggregating to Rs. 180 crores through private placement of 18 crores equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each, at a premium of Rs. 9/- per share.
Further, 63 moons hold 6,000 partly-paid Zero Coupon Unsecured Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (ZOFCD's) of FV Rs.1,00,000/- each amounting to Rs. 60 crores. Upon full payment and conversion of the said ZOFCD’s into Equity shares, 63 moons shall hold 65.99 crore equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each.
