On the captioned subject matter, pursuant to the applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that our subsidiary M/s. Ticker Limited has raised an amount aggregating to Rs. 3.24 crores through private placement of 27 lakh equity shares at Rs.12/- per share (i.e. equity share of face value Re.1/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 11/- per share).
Subsequent to the above allotment by Ticker Limited, the shareholding of 63 moons in Ticker Limited stood at 75.25 %.
