Pursuant to the applicable Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has subscribed to the Rights issue offered by our non-material subsidiary viz., Ticker Limited, the Company has invested Rs. 25 crs in the equity shares of face value of Re.1 each (Rupee One each) at par, after obtaining necessary approvals.
Subsequent to the above investment and allotment by Ticker Limited, the shareholding of 63 moons stood at 70.43%.
