Sub: Board Meeting to consider Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the year ended 31[st] March 2020 AND Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June 2020.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 31[st] July 2020, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2020 AND Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30[th] June 2020.
The Board may consider and recommend Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the F.Y. 2019-20, if any. The distribution of dividend, if at all recommended by the Board, shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and appropriate judicial orders.
Further, as informed vide our letters dated 30[th] March 2020 and 02[nd] July 2020, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed upto Forty-Eight hours after the above financial results are made public on 31[st] July 2020.
