Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, based on Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal's Order(NCLAT) dated 12th March 2020, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide its order No. F.No.1/1/2014-CL.11 (Part) dated 16th March 2020 has communicated to the Company about the appointment of the following three Nominee Directors on the Board with immediate effect;

- Shri. Satyananda Mishra, Former Chief Information Commissioner, Central Information Commission.

- Dr. Malini V. Shankar, Former Director General, Shipping, Govt. of India.

- Shri. Parveen Kumar Gupta, Managing Director (Retail & Digital Banking), State Bank of India.
With the nomination of above three members, the present Board of 11 eminent members will stand increased to 14 Board members.
