Information on active sport cards' number

Further to current report No. 24/2016 of 20 July 2016 and to currentreport No. 9/2020 of 31 March 2020, the Management Board of BenefitSystems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the"Company") informs that as of 30 June 2020, the number of active sportscards in the capital group of the Company amounted to 787.1 thousandpcs. (of which 498.9 thousand pcs. in Poland and 288.2 thousand pcs. onforeign markets).

As of 1 July 2020, the number of active sports cards amounted to 1 002.2thousand pcs. (of which 710.1 thousand pcs. in Poland and 292.1 thousandpcs. on foreign markets).

The Management Board of the Company decided not to announce the weightedaverage number of cards for June 2020, as it was impacted by incompletebilling period in Poland in June (due to the opening of sport facilitiesfrom 6 June 2020).
