In accordance with Articles 69.1.2 and 69.2.1.b of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A., a cooperative, organised under the laws of the Netherlands, having its statutory seat in Amsterdam and its registered office and business address at Herikerbergweg 238, 1101 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number at 34292455, hereby notifies that it received information of a repurchase of own shares by CPD S.A. (hereinafter, the "Company") on July 6th 2020. The total number of votes in the General meeting of the Company changes from 26.14 % to 20.38% following the repurchase of 1,521,163 own shares by the Company, representing 1,521,163 votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Before sale of shares to the benefit of the Company, Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. controlled 6,894,472 shares of CPD SA (26.14% of the share capital of the Company), representing 6,894,472 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (26.14% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company).

After sale of shares to the benefit of the Company, Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A controls 5,373,309 shares of CPD SA (20.38% of the share capital of the Company), representing 5,373,309

There are no subsidiaries of Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A holding CPD SA shares.

V.

In the case of Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A there are no persons referred to in Art. 87.1 point 3 letter c of the Act on Public Offering.

Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A has no financial instruments mentioned in Art. 69.4.7)-9) of the Act on Public Offering.
