Clean Seas Seafood Limited ACN 094 380 435 (Company) has today issued 8,229,532 ordinary shares following exercise of vested Performance Rights by employees of the Company on 17 June 2025. Some of these shares were issued to Primary Insiders of the Company. Notification of shares issued to Primary Insiders will follow in a separate message.

For the purposes of Oslo Rule Book II - Issuer Rules, 4.8.4.4(3) CHANGES IN SHARE CAPITAL the Company states that :
