Notice of receipt of detailed justification of charges

With reference to reports Nos.: 63/2018 of 28 June 2018, 92/2018 of 28November 2018, 20/2019 of 7 May 2019, 39/2019 of 1 October 2019, 7/2020of 3 March 2020 and 21/2020 of 30 July 2020, the Management Board ofBenefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company"or the "Issuer") herby announces that it has received a detailedjustification of the charges (the "DJC") related to the antitrustproceedings initiated on 22 June 2018.

The DJC does not constitute a subject-matter resolution on the case; aspart of an internal procedure of the Office of Competition and ConsumerProtection it is intended to, inter alia, enable the parties, includingthe Issuer, to take a stance regarding the charges brought against thembefore the President of the Office of Competition and ConsumerProtection (the "President of the UOKiK") delivers decision ending theproceedings. The DJC in question refers to a suspicion that the Companyand its subsidiaries have concluded an arrangement regarding division ofthe market on which the business entities running fitness clubs operate.

The Company does not agree with the charges put forth by the Presidentof UOKiK and will submit its stance on this case within the time limitsset by the President of UOKiK.
