The management board of Photon Energy N.V. (the 'Group') informs that it has come to its attention that the Company’s shares had been admitted to trading on the Freiverkehr segment of the Munich Stock Exchange (Börse München) on 28 July 2020. Baader Bank, a leading brokerage active on the Munich Stock Exchange, had applied for Photon Energy’s shares to be admitted for trading without the Company’s involvement through a so-called unsponsored listing. As a result, Photon Energy shares can now be traded in euros on the Munich Stock Exchange.

The unsponsored listing on the Munich Stock Exchange does not change the management board’s intention to list the Company’s shares on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange after the planned transition to the regulated markets of the Warsaw and Prague Stock Exchanges, which is expected by the end of September 2020.
