Conclusion of annex to a multi-purpose credit limit with Powszechna KasaOszczędności Bank Polski S.A.

With reference to current report No. 40/2017 of 22 August 2017Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (‘Company') herby announces that on 17 August 2020 the Companysigned an annex to an agreement for multi-purpose credit limit withPowszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. with its registered seatin Warsaw (‘Bank').

The subject-matter of the annex consists in a change in the availabilityperiod which has been extended until 21 August, 2021. Bank credit limitstands at PLN 50,000,000.00.

The collateral of the Bank's claims under the above-mentioned agreementsis, inter alia, a blank bill of exchange with a promissory notedeclaration and the Company's obligation to provide a statement onsubmission to court enforcement procedure conducted pursuant to Article777 §1 Item 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure up to PLN 75,000,000.00,whereby the Bank will be able to apply for attaching a writ of executionto the notarial deed (i.e. the enforcement title) until 21 August 2023.

Other terms and conditions of the agreement do not differ from thosecommonly used for this type of agreements.

There are no links of any kind either between the Company and the Bankor between the individuals managing or supervising the Company and theBank.
