Based on the notification about the share in voting rights of shareholder J&T SECURITIES MANAGEMENT PLC, with its seat at Klimentos, 41 -43, KLIMENTOS TOWER, 2nd floor, Flat office 22, Nikózia, P. C. 1061, Republic of Cyprus, ID No: HE 260821, represented by: Ing. Dušan Koník (hereinafter the "Shareholder"), dated 10-08-2020 we hereby report the Shareholder's share on the Company voting rights, as their share decreased below the 5% limit:

• The resulting share of the Shareholder on the Company voting rights: 0,000% - The ownership structure of controlled legal entities, through which the voting rights are actually exercised if such entities exist: No such legal entities exist.
