The first call of the shareholders of STARHEDGE S.A.to submit the Company's share documents for their dematerializationTheManagement Board of STARHEDGE S.A. (hereinafter: "Issuer" Company ")acting pursuant to Art. 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending theAct - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts; Journal ofLaws of 2019, item 1798, as amended d.) calls on all Shareholdersholding shares in STARHEDGE S.A. in the form of a paper share to submitthe share documents in order to dematerialize them, which will becarried out by registering the shares with the National Depository forSecurities (KDPW).Share documents shouldbe submitted to the Company's seat in Warsaw at ul. Łączyny 5, 02-820Katowice, on working days (from Monday to Friday) from 9:30 to 16:30.The submission of share documents will take place against a writtenreceipt issued to the Shareholder.TheCompany will also provide information about the tender offer on theCompany's website at: http://starhedge.pl/pl/dematerializacja-akcja/Thistender offer is the first of five required by law.
