Current Report – Merger of 1. Tatranská, akciová spoločnosť with Tatry mountain resorts, a.s.

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. with its headquarters in Demänovská Dolina 72, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, the Slovak Republic IČO: 31 560 636, registered in the Business Register by the District Court of Žilina, Section: Sa, File No. 62/L (the "Company") as an issuer of securities admitted to trading at a listed market and a free market, hereunder announces the following current report:

The 1. Tatranská, akciová spoločnosť Company with its seat at K vodopádom 4051, 059 85 Štrbské Pleso, Slovakia, IČO: 31 395 783, registered in the Business Register by the District Court of Prešov, Section: Sa, File No. 10427/P, the only shareholder of which is Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. is supposed to cease to exist without liquidation as a result of its merger with Tatry mountain resorts, a.s., which will become its legal successor, effective as of 01/11/2020.

In accordance with the regulation Article 218 c Par. 9 of the Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code as amended, by publishing this information and documents the Company fulfills its legal obligation as per the Article 218 c Par. 2 of the Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code as amended.
