Registration of series A and B bonds issued by the Company in thesecurities depository maintained by the National Depository of Securities

With reference to the current report of Benefit Systems S.A. ("Company")No. 28/2020 of September 21, 2020, the Management Board of the Companyannounces that on October 7, 2020, the Company received the informationthat on October 7, 2020:

1. 50,000 (fifty thousand) series A ordinary bearer bonds issued by theCompany with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each,for which the ISIN code of PLBNFTS00067 has been assigned ("Series ABonds");

2. 50,000 (fifty thousand) series B ordinary bearer bonds issued by theCompany with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each,for with the ISIN code of PLBNFTS00075 ("B series bonds") has beenassigned;

have been registered in the securities depository maintained by theNational Depository of Securities.

Thus, on October 7, 2020, the unconditional allocation of Series A Bondsand Series B Bonds took place, therefore the issue of Series A Bonds andSeries B Bonds was completed.
