Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights atthe Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 15 October 2020 the Companyreceived from Invesco Canada Ltd. with its registered seat in Toronto,("Invesco Canada"), a notification that Invesco Canada exceeded thethreshold of 10% of the total number of votes in the Company("Notification" ). Full text of the Notification is attached to thisreport.

The Notification indicates that Invesco holds 291 040 Company shares,representing 10.17% of the Company's share capital, and 291 040 votingrights at its General Meeting, representing 10.17% of total votingrights.

According to the Notification, the 10% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded on 9 October 2020.
