Notification of reducing stake below 10% of total voting rights at theCompany

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 16 November 2020 the Companyreceived from Invesco Ltd. with its registered seat in Atlanta,("Invesco"), a notification of 13 November 2020 that Invesco reduced itsstake below 10% of the total number of votes in the Company("Notification"). Full text of the Notification is attached to thisreport.

The Notification indicates that currently Invesco holds 288,577 Companyshares, representing 9.97% of the Company's share capital, and 288,577voting rights at its General Meeting, representing 9.97% of total votingrights.

According to the Notification, the stake was reduced below 10% of totalvoting rights at the Company on 9 November 2020.
