The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces thaton 23 November 2020 an agreement was signed between the Issuer and theUniversity of Stuttgart, Institute for Large Area Microelectronics("Institute") on leasing the Issuer's "Delta" printer with an option ofits purchase by the Institute (the "Agreement").

The Institute is a globally recognized research unit which develops theFlat Panel Display technology and cooperates with the largest displaymanufacturers.

The maximum duration of the agreement is 48 months, and its maximumvalue is approx. EUR 190 thousand net (approx. PLN 880 thousand net).

The value of the agreement does not include the supply of consumables:cartridges, inks, and nozzles, which will constitute additional incomefor the Issuer.

The Issuer's Management Board has decided that the conclusion of thefirst commercial lease-purchase agreement for the Delta printer isinside information because in the Management Board's opinion this meansconfirmation of commercialization of the technology developed by theIssuer. Taking into account the Institute's reputation, this opens up anadditional channel for presenting the Issuer's technology to globaldisplay manufacturers.

The very fact of signing a commercial contract is important from theIssuer's point of view and confirms the possibility of startingcooperation with partners from the display sector with regard to theIssuer's entry into the display market.
