The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that on 30November 2020 it received information that the Issuer's project"Innovative technology for precise deposition of conductive mesh forapplication in new generation OLED displays" (the "Project") has beenrecommended for co-financing under the 1/1.1.1/2020 - "Fast Track"competition of the National Centre for Research and Development("NCBiR").

The main objective of the Project is to develop an additive printingtechnology of ultra-precise metallic structures designed to reduceresistance of the transparent cathode in new generation TE-OLEDdisplays.

• Total Project value: PLN 16,003,028.33;

• Recommended co-financing value: PLN 11,673,831.24;

• Implementation period: 1 July 2020 - 30 June 2023

The NCBiR has requested the Issuer to submit documents necessary to signa grant agreement. The documents are to be provided within 7 days fromthe date of receipt of information about the application beingrecommended for co-financing.

The final co-financing amount may change slightly at the stage ofpreparing the documentation for the grant agreement. The signing of thegrant agreement will be communicated by the Issuer in a separate report.

In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board the above fact is insideinformation, as grants constitute an important part of financing theIssuer's operations. The Project will contribute to further developmentof the Issuer's strategic area of modern display technologies.
