The Management Board of CARLSONINVESTMENTS S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referredto as ‘The Issuer'), hereby informs that in connection with CARLSONINVESTMENTS Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna S.A. in the organization(hereinafter referred to as "The ASI Management") entry application tothe ASI management register submitted on September 17, 2020,ithas today received information from the Proxy thatthePolish Financial Supervision Authority announced that it does not raiseobjections to the content of the Articles of Association and thedescription of the investment policy and strategyandqualifies as an activity subject to registration in the ASI managementregister.Thus, The Issuer begins activities andsubsequent steps aimed at making a legally binding entry of CARLSONINVESTMENTS Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna S.A. to the appropriate ASImanagement register. The purposeof the establishment ofCARLSON INVESTMENTSAlternatywna SpółkaInwestycyjnaS.A.is to implementThe Issuer's new strategy. Its assumptions and main directions of theCompany's development will be made public after the said entry in theASI management register. At the same time, the Financial SupervisionAuthority, pursuant to Art. 50 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure askedThe Issuer to submit the Company's Articles of Association and ASI'sinvestment policy and strategy documents by 18 December 2020. At thesame time, the Commission notified The Issuer that due to the need toprovide the above-mentioned documents, the deadline for completing theentire procedure was extended pursuant to Art. 36 § 2 of the Code ofCivil Procedure by 31 December 2020.
