Subject: Information on the court granting an injunction as security forthe claim for annulment or revoking a resolution of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of Energa SA

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offerings - currentand periodic information

The Management Board of Energa SA (the "Company") informs that on 16December 2020 it received information that on 10 December 2020 theRegional Court in Gdańsk, 9th Commercial Division issued a decision ongranting to the shareholders of the Company injunctive relief assecurity for the claim for annulment or revoking resolution No. 3 of theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company of 29 October 2020 on thewithdrawal from trading on the regulated market operated by the GiełdaPapierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange) of269,139,114 series AA ordinary bearer shares of the Company marked inKrajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. with ISIN PLENERG00022 code(the "Resolution"), by suspending its performance for the duration ofthe proceedings. The issuance of the decision results in suspending theenforceability of the Resolution.

The Company does not agree with the above mentioned decision in itsentirety and will take appropriate legal steps to change the issueddecision.

The Company also informs that the application for injunctive relief inthe above mentioned case was filed together with a statement of claimfor annulment or revoking the Resolution. The Company does not agreewith the lawsuit filed and will submit a statement of defence within thetime limit and in the manner prescribed by the applicable legalregulations.
