With reference to the current report No. 2/2020 dated 17 December 2020the Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that on 16 December 2020 theCompany became aware of the issuing on 16 December 2020 by the NationalDepository of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.;the "NDS") of communications regarding the registration in the depositof the Company's securities, i.e.:

25,437,488 (twenty-five million four hundred and thirty-seven thousandfour hundred and eighty-eight) series A ordinary bearer shares with anominal value of PLN 0.02 each (the "Series A Shares"); and

2,062,512 (two million sixty-two thousand five hundred and twelve)rights to series B ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN0.02 each (the "Rights to Shares").

The Series A Shares will be registered under ISIN code PLPCFGR00010 andthe Rights to Shares will be registered under ISIN code PLPCFGR00036.

The Series A Shares and the Rights to Shares will be registered in thesecurities deposit of the NDS on 17 December 2020.
