In reference to the current report no. 24/2016 of 20 July 2016, theManagement Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that as of the end of 4 quarter 2020 thenumber of active sport cards in Poland segment reached 475.4 thousandpcs. In response to the introduced restrictions related to Covid-19pandemic in Poland the MultiSport programme has been suspended until 17January 2021.

As of the date of publication of this report, sport and recreationalfacilities are closed across all markets of Foreign segment andMultiSport programme remains suspended. The numbers of active sportcards on respective markets as of the day before introduction of currentrestrictions were as follow:

- Czech Republic: 134.8 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closed again from 18December 2020)

- Slovakia: 18.4 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closure again from 19December 2020)

- Bulgaria: 86.9 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closed 28 November 2020)

- Croatia: 13.7 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closed from 28 November 2020)

During the period of MultiSport programme suspension the Companies fromBenefit Systems Group does not charge any sport cards subscription fees.
