Publication dates for periodic reports in 2021

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyprovides the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2021.

I. Periodic reports for 2020 will be published on the following dates:

1. Annual report for 2020 - 24 March 2021

2. Consolidated annual report for 2020 - 24 March 2021

3. Consolidated report on payments to governments for 2020 - 24 March2021

II. Periodic reports for 2021 will be published on the following dates:

1.Consolidated quarterly reports:

•for the first quarter of 2021 -12 May 2021

•for the third quarter of 2021 - 16 November 2021

2. Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2021- 17 August2021

In addition, the Management Board of the Company announces that:

a)the Company will publish consolidated quarterly reports containingquarterly financial information as described in § 62 sec. 1 of theDecree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) ("the Decree") andtherefore it will not publish separate quarterly reports;

b)the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for thelast quarter of 2020 and a consolidated quarterly report for the secondquarter of 2021, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Decree;

c)the Company will publish the consolidated half-year report containinghalf-year condensed financial statements, in accordance with § 62 sec. 3of the Decree and therefore it will not publish a separate half-yearreport.
