MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE2) hereby announces that the board of directors resolved to convene the shareholders' meeting for 31 July 2025 at 3:00 p.m. CEST at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (in Amsterdam, Schiphol Boulevard No. 101).
In connection with this meeting, MFE has published the following documents:
- (i) the notice of call and the explanatory report;
- (ii) the proposed amendment to the Articles of Association; and
- (iii) the proxy voting form.
These documents, together with instructions for voting and for following the meeting via audiocast, are available on MFE's website at https://www.mfemediaforeurope.com/it/events/assemblea-degli-azionisti/ .

Assemblea degli azionisti
MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE") rende noto che il consiglio di amministrazione ha deliberato di convocare l'assemblea degli azionisti per il giorno 31 luglio 2025 alle ore 15:00 CEST presso lo Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (ad Amsterdam, Schiphol Boulevard n° 101).
In relazione a tale assemblea, MFE ha pubblicato la seguente documentazione:
- (i) l'avviso di convocazione e la relazione illustrativa;
- (ii) la proposta di modifica statutaria; e
- (iii) il modulo di delega di voto.
