Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg (the "Issuer")announces that it has reached an agreement with SUISAG, a pig breedingservice company based in Sempach, Switzerland, to start cooperation inthe field of selective breeding and animal health.The agreementbetween KSG Agro and SUISAG, w which is the main service and expertcenter for Swiss pig breeding, was reached on January 21, 2021 during avisit to the KSG Agro S.A. headquarters of SUISAG's Financial DirectorMatteo Aepril and Chief Veterinarian Stefanie Klausmann. The key areasof the partnership are using the SUISAG sows on the Issuer's farms,consultancy in the field of pig breeding technology and exchange ofexperiences in the field of biological safety and animal health. Theparties set indicative deadlines for signing relevant documents —memoranda and contracts. This should happen in the first half of 2021.
